Train Station Fitness is a personal training studio based in the heart of Malvern, Melbourne. A genuine love of exercise, and how it makes the body and mind feel, is the core of what we do.

We don't just give you an exercise program to follow — we work to educate and inspire you, helping you enjoy the journey towards your health and fitness goals.

We offer general and tailored programming for each of our clients and the option of private messaging to ensure accountability. Sessions are generally one-to-one, with small group training (max 3) also available.
